A: Streamloots is a card system, that allows you to collect virtual cards and use them to interact with the stream. Q: What is !dixper and what can I do with it? A: Dixper is like Streamloots but takes it one step further. With Dixper Skills, you can interact with the game (If it's a PC game) or play alerts or jumpscares on my screen. Q: How Do I get Streamloots packs / Dixper Crates? A: Easy, by watching the stream, you collect Spartan Coins (SC). These coins can be used to get Streamloots packs / Dixper crates. Q: Wait, but you can also buy Streamloots / Dixper with money? A: Yes, if you want to support the channel, you can do that. However, I set up the SC prices for the packs very fair. Q: Where can I redeem Streamloots / Dixper packs? A: No, this is something my mods have to do manually (for now) - so please be patient until they have given you the packs. Q: I haven't gotten my pack and I have waited for a long time - what should I do? A: Sometimes, the Streamloots / Dixper website doesn't update automatically, please refresh the page with F5 in your browser, if that doesn't work, try logging out and logging in again. If everything fails, please contact our mods through a whisper. Please do not simply write 'where are my packs?' in twitch chat - it's rude and disrupts the conversation. The mods are working as hard and as fast as they can. Cut them some slack Q: What are the printed card packs? A: I also give out cards in printed form, as a small sign of appreciation. You can either redeem a Random card pack through the The Real Deal card or if you collect all cards of a Special Collection. Q: What is a special collection? A: I regularly create special cards for longer or bigger games. The cards have a unique design and are only available for a limited time. If you collect all of them and play them, you will be sent a printed version of those cards for free. Q: Can I buy the printed packs with real money from you? A: No, not directly, but you can become a Tier 3 Patron on Patreon and I will send you one regularly. (edited)
